Daily Five

If you’re in education, especially if you teach English, you’re probably familiar with the Daily Five. Well, I’m not planning on focusing on that since it isn’t really relevant to what I teach, but I was thinking about the different things that I do each day and how, for my life, I want to focus on my own Daily Five right now.
I think that would roughly be the following, but I may change my mind along the way:
- Express gratitude
- Be active
- Eat nutritious food
- Do something good for my soul
- Nuture relationships
In addition, my favorite blog, Bitch Cakes, does a great weekly accomplishment post that I’m going to start doing as well.
Oh, and on the note of something that I’m grateful for, my gorgeous little girl is going to be one in a few weeks!
